About Boardwalk Digital
Boardwalk Digital started after a decade of building backend systems and cloud infrastructure for safety critical systems with the US Government and highly secure corporate finance systems with a Fortune 100 company. The work was technically interesting; it also felt very far from the boardwalk.
We came home to do the opposite. Take the engineering practices that ship serious software at scale — version control, automated testing, real monitoring, built in security, AI integration — and bring them to the cafés, clinics, short-term rentals, marinas, and family businesses that run the Jersey Shore.
You shouldn't need an in-house engineer to have software that doesn't break. That's what we're here for.
